ProAthlete UK – Return Policy

At ProAthlete UK, we are committed to delivering high-performance athletic gear with utmost care and precision. To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure fairness to all our customers, we have established the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns will only be entertained if a clear and unedited video is shared before unsealing or opening the package, clearly showing:
  • The package in its original, sealed condition.
  • The process of opening the package.
  • The defect or damage as it appears upon unboxing.
• Returns will not be accepted for claims of defects or breakage without verifiable video proof as outlined above.

2. Timeframe

• Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• Reports made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with in any way.
• Items that are not in their original packaging.
• Customized or personalized items unless proven to be faulty upon unboxing with valid proof.

4. Return Approval

• All return requests are subject to review by our Quality Assurance team.
• Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our part.

5. Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• In the case of valid claims, customers may opt for:
  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping Damages

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
• If accepted, the unboxing video mentioned above becomes mandatory for any return request.
